All goods sold through our website are guaranteed against any faults irrespective of how they have arisen. In the unlikely event of you receiving faulty goods we will replace them without further cost to you.
Notification of Non Delivery/Damage
Any claim for shortages, missing parcels, incorrect items or damage must be received within 10 days of despatch.
We want you to be happy with your purchase and goods are supplied subject to your approval. If, upon receipt, you find the goods ordered are not suitable please contact us for a Returns reference number and simply return them unused and in a resaleable condition, within 14 days at your own cost to the address on the bottom of the delivery note for a refund or credit. In this case please enclose a copy of the delivery advice note, annotated with your Returns Reference number. Please note that if you choose to have the product delivered within one day at a higher cost, then we will only refund what you would have paid for the cheaper delivery option. Similarly if your order is over £35 which would usually incur no carriage charge, but you choose to pay for an upgraded delivery, we will not refund the upgraded delivery cost.
Goods lost in transit will be replaced free of charge.
All goods remain the property of Transpack Ltd until paid for in full.
All goods are supplied and despatched in good faith. We cannot accept responsibility for claims by third parties after receipt of the goods. We make every effort to ensure fast delivery but in the event of delays we cannot accept liability for any resultant losses or costs.
When items are made or printed to order delivered quantites can vary by up to 10% up or down. We may ask for 100% payment at time of order with an overs being paid for before despatch of the order.
