Online Orders

All payments made through this website must be paid at the time of order by credit or debit card, or PayPal. Credit and Debit Card payments are transacted by SagePay Ltd - an independent card handling company who are approved by Cardnet Services and our bank, Lloyds TSB Bank Plc. No details of your credit card are available to any of our staff.

There are now new security measures in place to provide further protection for online card users. This is known as 3D Secure but referred to differently by the main card issuers. It does involve an extra bit of input the first time you use it, but it is for the protection of you, the card user. If for some reason your online payment fails we can take your card payment over the phone, or arrange for a bank transfer.

Bank Transfers

Let us know if you would like to pay this way  - and we'll send you our bank details.  Your goods will be despatched when the funds have cleared.

Credit Accounts

We are happy to accommodate some credit accounts but we like to have some trading history with your first, and a monthy spend of £500+. Credit Accounts will be subject to a credit check. If you are a Council, Government body, School, University or NHS Trust we will be able to set you up with a 30 day credit account. Orders can be faxed, emailed or posted - but must have a Purchase Order number which we can quote.
