Overseas Delivery

If you would like to order outside of the UK, Channel Islands or Ireland please note that you will NOT be able to place your order online.  Please contact us with your requirements instead and we will let you know how much delivery to your country will cost.  We will need to take payment by bank transfer - unfortunately this will incur a small charge for foreign currency exchange and is unavoidable. Alternatively you can pay using Transfer Wise, who will handle the transfer for you - your first transfer will be free. Please click on this link to register www.transferwise.com

Please note that if you do try and order online from overseas we will have to cancel the order and make a refund to you, and we will have to charge an admin fee of £5.00.

Some countries outside of the EU  (eg. Switzerland & Norway) also incur a customs charge.

Economic Operator Registration and Identification (EORI) for businesses involved in international trade.

Please note that it is a requirement for all businesses involved in international trade to be registered with Customs and hold an Economic Operator Registration and Identification (EORI) number.

An EORI number is mandatory on the Customs entry for all imports including the return of undelivered parcels. Customers who are not EORI registered cannot therefore benefit from duty and VAT relief on their returned goods.

Customers who do not register will be charged duty and VAT on their returns.
