Layflat Tubing

Layflat Tubing is a continuous length of tubing wound onto a roll. It allows you to make bags or protective sleeves of any length. We have Layflat Tubing made from two different films - cello and polythene. Reduce the need to stock and keep different sized bags for different products. 

Polythene Layflat Tubing

We have a large range of Polythene Layflat Tubing both clear and coloured, available in various thicknesses of film. Poly Layflat can be heat sealed, stapled, taped or tied with cable ties to close off ends. Ideal for protecting carpets and rugs, long or rolled items like posters, golf clubs or umbrellas. 

Cello Layflat Tubing

Our range of Cello (or Polypropylene) Layflat which is ideal if you are looking for a crystal clear packaging option for food products or smaller items. The film is a 30 micron recyclable Polypropylene. It is heat sealable and food safe, suitable for pharmaceutical applications.

Finding the Right Size Tubing

Choosing the right width tubing will require you to know the maximum diameter of your product. As the tubing opens up the width decreases so you may need a wider for wider products. On each product page we indicate the maximum diameter the tube will open up to, but please call us for advice if you are not sure, and request a sample swatch to test before you buy.
