Guarantee

All goods sold through our website are guaranteed against any faults irrespective of how they have arisen. In the unlikely event of you receiving faulty goods we will replace them without further cost to you. 

Returns

Goods are supplied subject to your approval. If, upon receipt, you find the goods ordered are not suitable simply return them for a full refund, or credit. In this case please return the delivery advice note. 

Goods lost in transit will replaced free of charge.

 All goods remain the property of Transpack Ltd until paid for in full.

All goods are supplied and despatched in good faith. We cannot accept responsibility for claims by third parties after receipt of the goods. We make every effort to ensure fast delivery but in the event of delays we cannot accept liability for any resultant losses or costs.

When items are made or printed to order delivered quantites can vary by up to 10% up or down.
