All goods sold through our website are guaranteed against any faults irrespective of how they have arisen. In the unlikely event of you receiving faulty goods we will replace them without further cost to you.
Notification of Non Delivery/Damage
Any claim for shortages or damage must be received within 10 days of despatch.
We want you to be happy with your purchase and goods are supplied subject to your approval. If, upon receipt, you find the goods ordered are not suitable please contact us for a Returns reference number and simply return them unused and in a resaleable condition, within fourteen days at your own cost to the address on the bottom of the delivery note for a refund or credit. In this case please enclose a copy of the delivery advice note, anotated with your Returns Reference number.
Goods lost in transit will be replaced free of charge.
All goods remain the property of Transpack Ltd until paid for in full.
All goods are supplied and despatched in good faith. We cannot accept responsibility for claims by third parties after receipt of the goods. We make every effort to ensure fast delivery but in the event of delays we cannot accept liability for any resultant losses or costs.
When items are made or printed to order delivered quantites can vary by up to 10% up or down. We may ask for 50% payment at time of order and 50% on despatch.
