Deliveries
For UK MAINLAND ORDERS OVER £35.00 (net of discounts & VAT) our normal carriage is Free of Charge. We do reserve the right to charge more where orders are of a high volume and/or weight.
For orders LESS than £35.00 net of carriage and VAT you will be charged an additional £5.00 postage & packing charge.
All OFFSHORE UK DESTINATIONS are charged at £15.00 per order on a TWO DAY SERVICE, but we do reserve the right to charge more where orders are of a high volume and/or weight.

DELIVERY. Orders received by us before 3.00pm will normally be delivered the next working day (except weekends) but it is NOT a guaranteed service (see below). Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are despatched on Monday.
Should you require a GUARANTEED NEXT DAY BEFORE 10.00am service (available for UK mainland only and does not include Northern Scotland) this can be selected at the checkout and a signature is required. The cost is £13.50, orders of high volume and/or weight may cost more. Please note - this refers to next working day so Saturday deliveries are not available in this way. Payments
All payments made through this website by credit or debit card are transacted by SagePay Ltd, an independent card handling company who are approved by Cardnet Services and our bank, Lloyds TSB Bank Plc. No details of your credit card are available to any of our staff.
There are now new security measures in place to provide further protection for online card users. This is known as 3D Secure but referred to differently by the main card issuers.
